Big room and reasonably spacious bathroom with a shower and hairdryers. Stunning location in the particularly good area, close to St Barbara cathedral, and the rail station.

our romantic trip to Kutna Hora was made even more special by our stay at Zlata Stoupa. The two-bedroom suite was spacious and spotless, the staff friendly and efficient, and the breakfast selection was delicious. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a bonus.

The bedding configuration for a double room is twin beds placed together. A single double or queen size mattress would be preferable.

When we pointed out that we got a room not according to what was indicated in Booked.net (see below), they did try to find a solution (though only after a bit of pushing), and I really appreciate that. Also the location was good enough, though not exactly in the center.

I was absolutely upset about the hotel in terms of value for money. First of all, we asked for a nonsmoking room, and we got a room that horribly smelt of smoke. We asked for a bed with an actual double matress, so the baby could sleep in between - and if they could not provide, we asked them to inform us beforehand. On the other hand, there was a double bed with a real hole in the middle (not just two matresses put together, but two matresses that didnt fit together), and of course, no information beforehand. We also asked that if the bed should be like that, they give us a babycot, which is anyway offered on Booked.net info (and inform) - no sign of babycot or an email beforehand. They did provide another room finally, in a supplementary building, but this room was very dirty. And finally, when we arrived 1hour before the end of breakfast, there was almost nothing on the tables. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, and mainly due to negligibilty the managers have demonstrated in treating guests. It seemed that the hotel staff could not use Booked.net, which I recommend that Booked.net takes into account.

Ate traditional Czech and international dishes at the restaurant, parked my car in a guarded car park, got assistance from the 24-hour front desk and bought souvenirs at the gift shop. Used the free WiFi and enjoyed the restaurant. Also, rented a bike.

Oh, there was absolutely nothing I didn't like. Everything was just perfect.

I recently stayed at Hotel Zlata Stoupa for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the town. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished with traditional, high-quality furniture and linen. I was impressed by the modern and effective air conditioning, as well as the meticulous bathroom with a high-pressure shower. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options in a clean and welcoming dining room. The hand-painted pictures of the town added a charming touch to the overall ambiance.

I loved the fact that the hotel had a gift shop - because who doesn't need a souvenir from their hotel stay? And the 24-hour front desk was perfect for all those late-night cravings for assistance.

Hearing every sound from the next room was such a delightful surprise, it was like having a live radio show in my own room. So entertaining!
